As part of the continuous strive of the commercial and land division at Bosshardt, a new location will be opening in Newberry that will be both dog and kid friendly to help promote a more family friendly environment to both employees and customers.

With the growth and movement in development towards Newberry in Gainesville recently, agents were starting to realize that they may have been starting to grow past the needs a satellite office could provide.

“We just wanted to expand our presence in Newberry and our agents out in Newberry really came to us and wanted to have more of a full-service office,” said Autumn Doughton, Relocation Director for Bosshardt Realty.

One of the more notable features is the shift to a more family friendly office. With a space for leashes and a children’s play area, the office will be actively kid and dog friendly.

“We have several agents that are pregnant, and we were thinking about how we could support them. The great thing about real estate is that you get to make their own schedule and we tried to envision what a modern office would look like,” said Doughton. “We wanted families to feel comfortable just walking in from the farmers market across the street.”

With a standalone building right in Newberry with individual offices and better meeting spaces, Bosshardt Realty expects to be able to provide a better experience for both agents and customers.

“There’s going to be improving working capabilities and more computers for agents to use and meet customers if they’re looking at properties,” said Doughton. “They will be able to do everything they can do in our main office.”

The property is expected to be open near the end of September.
