Bosshardt Realty Services is proud to announce this recent closing in Clermont, Florida. Eric Ligman, director of the Commercial and Land Division, worked diligently to represent Dr. Eric Herman and Dr. Mathew Lovett, owners of Kinetic Vets, to buy a former free-standing Staple building to be converted into a permanent location for Kinetic Pets, a mobile veterinary surgery and rehabilitation service.

“He really helped cover up hiccups from other people in the transaction,” said Dr. Herman about the transaction and working with Eric Ligman. “He was awesome at communicating with my business partner and I.”

The building, located at 1600 South Grand Highway, Clermont, FL, was previously a location for Staples. However, the location will be renovated and converted to provide the best use for Kinetic Vets.

The new building is set to open in mid-2023 and will provide surgical and neurological services to small animals in the southeast region of the United States.

Special Thanks to Jason Kaiser for helping us get pass the finish line, Kyle Hagen with AEI Capital Corporation, Dr. Mathew Lovett, Co-Founder of Kinetic Pets, and Ray Ivey who acted as the buyer’s council in this transaction.
