Recently, Eric Ligman was able to close a deal with a new business coming to Florida: Kidstrong, a “child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old,” according to their website.

“The program focuses on 3 key pillars of development: brain, physical, and character development. We were looking for something more for our kids that would allow for them to succeed and develop leadership and sportsmanship skills as well as allow them to learn how to be social and introduce themselves on the playground,” said Abby Antigua, co-founder of the new Kidstrong branch coming to Gainesville.

This new company coming Gainesville focuses on a scientific based curriculum to help younger students develop social and physical skills to help create a well rounded curriculum. While the company is in many other states across the country, this is the first time it will be coming to Florida as a result of the property deal reached by Bosshardt Realty.

“Eric was very helpful for us as we had no real experience in this realm and he was able to help us with negotiations,” said Abby Antigua, co-founder of the new Kidstrong chapter coming to Gainesville.
